Shipping

Q: How quickly do you ship? A: With our default (free) shipping option you can expect to receive your order within 10-14 days within the United States.

With our Priority shipping option you can expect to receive your order within 5 business days.


Q: What company do you ship with? A: We currently ship via USPS 5 days a week. For orders of 50+ shirts we can ship via other methods, contact us for more information.


Q: Will I be able to track my order? A: Absolutely! Once your order ships you will be sent an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by using our order tracking system


Shirts / Printing Technology

Q: What kind of shirts do you use? A: We use Gildan 2000 heavyweight 100% cotton T-shirts for our men's tees, and Gildan 2000L lady cut 100% soft cotton T-shirts for ladie's tees. These are high quality tees that are mean't to be worn as your main top without the need for an undershirt.


Q: What method do you use to print the shirts? A: We print using ultra quality textile inks in high resolution DTG printers. Beware of sites that don't disclose how they print their shirts, they probably use what amounts to "professional grade" iron on designs.


Q: How should I wash my shirt? A: To maximize the lifetime of your custom shirt we suggest washing inside out with a mild detergent in warm water. Dry on low heat setting or air dry. Do not iron.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Paypal Credit.


Q: Is it safe to order from Inkfu? A: Absolutely! Your information is transmitted securely via SSL and is never stored at any point by our system.


Q: I've already ordered and now I need more of the design I made... How can I order additional shirts? A: Not a problem! We store your created design and can assist you with ordering additional styles/sizes. Please contact us to get started.


Q: My shirt is damaged! A: Sorry about that! We will replace or refund you for any unworn shirt that arrives damaged within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us for more information.
